Labor & Employment Partner

Scale LLP, a fully remote national law firm, is seeking experienced Labor & Employment attorneys to join its expanding practice. The firm offers a flexible work environment, allowing attorneys to manage their own client relationships and shape their career paths without the constraints of traditional law firm structures.

In this role, attorneys will advise clients on compliance with municipal, state, and federal labor and employment laws, assist companies in preparing for financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings from a labor and employment perspective, and represent clients in various litigation matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, disability accommodation, and wage-and-hour violations.

Ideal candidates will have at least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm, a strong professional network, and a desire for autonomy over their practice while collaborating with top-tier attorneys across corporate, intellectual property, and litigation practice groups. Graduation from a top-tier law school or a demonstrated excellent and sustained reputation in the industry is preferred.
