Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Labor Law Legal Assistant to join our Employment Law Department in Orlando, Florida. This role involves close collaboration with a lead attorney and litigation paralegal, contributing to our mission of advocating for workers' rights.

The Legal Assistant will perform administrative duties such as scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics. Responsibilities include maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes, organizing exhibits and evidence, drafting and proofreading legal documents, conducting legal research, managing client billing, and coordinating meetings and depositions with clients and witnesses.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor’s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate preferred. A minimum of two years of experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department is required. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, or related practice areas is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
