Case Consultant
As a Case Consultant at Morgan & Morgan, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance, often during challenging and emotionally charged situations. In this role, your primary responsibilities include conducting consultations with prospective clients to assess how the firm can best support their needs. You will gather and accurately document information related to potential cases, schedule follow-up appointments, and coordinate callbacks. Additionally, you will manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls, distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text, and address client concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or GED, with college experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and comprehension skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in typing a minimum of 35 words per minute while navigating multiple software applications is required. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adaptable to shifting priorities, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation for this position includes an hourly wage of $18.00, along with a $250 sign-on bonus awarded after 90 days of employment. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
