Trial Operations Manager

The Trial Operations Manager at Morgan & Morgan is a senior operations role within the Trial Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Trial Operations. This position focuses on three key areas: coordinating Trial Partner assignments, expediting the resolution of cases deemed non-trial-worthy, and ensuring compliance with pre-trial milestones across the firm's regional offices.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the firm's Trial Partner roster, recommending case assignments based on various factors, tracking workloads and trial calendars, and serving as the central liaison among Managing Partners, Trial Partners, and handling attorneys. The role also involves identifying cases suitable for resolution without trial, building and maintaining a settlement pipeline, and enforcing the firm's pre-trial milestone framework to ensure timely and complete work product.

Required qualifications encompass strong proficiency with case management systems, particularly Salesforce-based platforms, and Microsoft 365 applications. Excellent written communication skills are essential, as is comfort with data analysis, including the ability to build and interpret dashboards and operational metrics.
