Responsibilities also include guiding clients through the legal process, interacting with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association. A minimum of five years of workers' compensation experience is preferred, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases.
