Laboratory Asset Management Group Leader
The Laboratory Asset Management Group Leader at Eurofins PSS is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation within a dynamic team environment. Eurofins PSS collaborates with leading international companies across various industries, providing mission-critical testing services through a global network of laboratories.
Key responsibilities include performing and documenting qualifications of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, KF, and UV-Vis, conducting urgent repairs, managing instrument relocations, implementing change controls, and scheduling routine maintenance. The role also involves supervising staff, coaching and developing team members, fostering team morale, and supporting operational improvements.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology) with at least four years of relevant industry experience. Proficiency with analytical instrumentation is required, and familiarity with the GMARS asset management system is preferred. Experience with laboratory audits, GMP environments, and GDP is strongly desired. Leadership experience and the ability to train team members are essential, with project management experience being a significant advantage.
The position offers a full-time schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.
