Laboratory Assistant / Technical Assistant (m/f/d) – Bioassay Development & Validation
Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Assistant / Technical Assistant to join the Bioassay Development & Validation team in Munich, Germany. This role involves contributing to the development and validation of bioassays, ensuring the safety and efficacy of biopharmaceutical products. Key responsibilities include participating in the establishment, optimization, transfer, and validation of new bioassays. The role also involves performing routine assays to determine the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) conditions, including cell-based assays, ELISA, and FACS. Additionally, the position requires aseptic work with cells in cell-based assays and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation.
Candidates should have completed training as a BTA, MTA, CTA, biology lab technician, or equivalent, with hands-on laboratory experience. Profound experience in mammalian cell culture is essential. Experience with multichannel pipettes, 96-well formats, ELISA, FACS, and PCR is advantageous. Familiarity with GLP/GMP standards, computer proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills are also desired. Proficiency in German and English is required.
