The assistant will also support sample management by unpacking, accessioning, storing, and archiving samples, as well as performing manual processing tasks such as sample aliquoting and special handling. Additionally, the role involves assisting the Reporting Officer with administrative tasks related to client communications and report management.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate of Applied Science preferred. While laboratory experience is beneficial, it is not required for Level I and II positions; however, Level III positions require a minimum of one year of clinical laboratory experience. Essential skills include strong analytical and organizational abilities, effective communication, proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook, and the capability to lift packages over 40 pounds. Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is also required.
