Laboratory Supervisor

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee all laboratory operations and employees. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the implementation of a robust Quality Assurance program, and reviewing continuous improvement activities to enhance site safety.

Key responsibilities include managing all laboratory activities and personnel, analyzing potable and non-potable water samples, performing monthly environmental testing, and maintaining laboratory supply inventory. The supervisor will also act as the onsite Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Leader, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, environmental sciences, physical sciences, or engineering, with specific coursework requirements. A minimum of two years of experience in environmental analysis is required, with leadership experience in a laboratory setting being advantageous. Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
