Lawyer in Corporate/IP/Tech
Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Trainee Lawyer to join its Corporate/IP/Tech department. The firm operates over 30 offices worldwide, offering clients high-quality legal advice that combines global standards with local expertise. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and is ideal for individuals passionate about corporate law, intellectual property, and technology.
As a Trainee Lawyer, you will work alongside a team specializing in M&A transactions, focusing on intellectual property, data protection, and technology regulations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in navigating clients through regulatory changes, supporting M&A transactions with due diligence and transitional arrangements, drafting commercial contracts across various sectors, and addressing data and cybersecurity incidents. Occasionally, you may be involved in IP disputes and regulatory proceedings.
The ideal candidate will have a solid legal education, analytical skills, and a team-oriented approach. A strong command of English is essential. Candidates should be ambitious, responsible, and possess a creative approach to problem-solving. An interest in technology, digital, and cybersecurity regulations, including emerging technologies like AI, is highly desirable.
