Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), evaluation techniques, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and ML services is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving AI/ML model issues, including model drift, data quality challenges, and performance optimization, are crucial. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools, such as MLflow, and experience in model deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of AI/ML solutions are highly desirable. A passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to work on innovative solutions that drive significant impact for customers is expected.
