As the Lead Data Analyst for Growth at Headout, you will be a strategic partner to the growth leadership team, owning the analytics function and shaping how the company measures, forecasts, and accelerates its acquisition and retention efforts. This role is pivotal in building the intelligence layer that transforms the growth team, enabling proactive decision-making through advanced analytics and data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing forecasting systems, dynamic pricing recommendations, and inventory health metrics that the growth team will utilize to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will mentor analysts, elevate analytical rigor, and ensure that insights are not only accurate but also trusted and adopted across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, with significant time spent in growth, marketing, or product analytics within a consumer internet or B2C environment. A deep understanding of growth mechanics—such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention curves, funnel conversion, and channel efficiency—is essential. Proficiency in advanced SQL and a strong working knowledge of Python for analysis and automation are required. Experience leading analytics projects from scoping to execution, storytelling, and driving adoption is also crucial.
