A strong enthusiasm for inside sales activities, excellent remote communication skills, and a positive, goal-oriented mindset are crucial. Effective time management and organizational abilities are required, along with experience using CRM systems like Salesforce. Experience with SaaS products and a bachelor's degree are preferred. Fluency in business-level Japanese is mandatory, and English proficiency is advantageous.
