Lead, Partner Marketing
The Partner Marketing Lead at Headout will spearhead co-marketing initiatives with renowned attractions, venues, and destinations worldwide. This role involves designing impactful campaigns, coordinating execution across internal teams, and delivering measurable results. Situated at the crossroads of account management, project management, and creative strategy, the position offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with globally recognized brands and Headout's internal marketing and business teams to develop campaigns that drive significant impact.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary marketing liaison for a portfolio of key partners, translating their objectives into co-marketing plans while ensuring alignment across CRM, creative, performance, creator, and business teams. The role demands end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from briefing to execution and reporting, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and key performance indicators that demonstrate real media value and impact. Additionally, the Partner Marketing Lead will maintain oversight of all live and upcoming partner campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
Candidates should possess 3–6 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a creative, digital, or integrated agency, or in partner/merchant marketing at a consumer-tech marketplace. Proven ability to manage multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously, with full lifecycle ownership, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders, are required. The role also calls for structured thinking to bring order to ambiguous situations and the ability to break down large tasks into clear, actionable steps. A willingness to become more AI and data-informed, with support and coaching provided, is also important.
This position is based in Bengaluru, and candidates who are local or open to relocating are preferred.
