Lead Product Manager

As a Lead Product Manager (Pod Lead) at InKind, you will assume the role of a general manager within your Pod, translating company strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include setting priorities, making strategic decisions, removing obstacles, and empowering your team to build, experiment, and deliver. You will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership, ensuring your Pod focuses on high-impact opportunities across Product, Growth, AI, and business operations.
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in Product Management, Growth, Strategy, Engineering, or business operations, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives from strategy through execution. Demonstrated success in building, launching, or scaling products or businesses with measurable results is essential. Strong product judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes are crucial. Experience using data, experimentation, and business metrics to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and measure success is also required.
