Lean Project Manager

The Lean Project Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives within the organization. Key responsibilities include analyzing business unit processes, driving strategic initiatives to foster a data-driven culture, and managing specific Lean projects to efficient and timely completion. The role also involves providing reports and analysis of department metrics, developing standard functional procedures, and interfacing with key clients to establish performance measures.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of related experience, with a strong understanding of regulatory agency guidelines preferred. Essential skills include proven organization, observation, and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with computers and software applications, and effective interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is advantageous. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate attention to detail is crucial.
