WPP Media is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various training sessions, maintaining communication with trainers and content providers, and managing logistical aspects such as room reservations and catering. You will also oversee the distribution, review, and testing of training content, set up and process evaluations, and collaborate with educational institutions to guide training programs. Additionally, you will play an active role in projects related to career paths and growth opportunities within the organization.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic third or fourth-year HBO or university student pursuing a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration. You should be available for at least three days a week, with the possibility of additional days dedicated to assignments, and able to be present at our Eindhoven location twice a week. Strong proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential. We are looking for someone who is proactive, problem-solving, precise, structured, and capable of working independently.
This internship offers a challenging position for a minimum of five months, providing personal guidance to support your development. You will be part of a friendly team at WPP Media that regularly organizes social events, fostering an open communication culture and a positive work atmosphere where everyone can be themselves. As part of a large international network, you will gain valuable experience in a global setting. The internship compensation is €450 gross per month for a full-time internship.
