Learning & Development Specialist – Go To Market

Harbor is seeking a full-time, temporary Learning & Development Specialist (Go To Market) for a 5–6-month engagement. This contract role is responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that enhance sales enablement capabilities within Harbor's Client Engagement and Delivery organizations. Collaborating closely with Delivery leaders, subject matter experts, and the Learning & Development team, the specialist will translate business priorities and capability needs into practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences.
