Applied Intuition is seeking a Legal professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the complex legal landscape of the autonomous vehicle industry. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support the company's strategic objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. You will provide legal guidance on regulatory matters, intellectual property issues, and corporate governance. Additionally, you will collaborate with external counsel as needed and stay abreast of evolving laws and regulations affecting the autonomous vehicle sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the technology or automotive industries, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
