Jinks Crow, P.C., a woman-owned personal injury law firm based in Alabama, is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support its intake and litigation functions. With over 150 years of combined experience, the firm represents individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases, emphasizing professionalism, integrity, and compassionate service.

The Legal Assistant will manage initial client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and comprehensive case detail collection. Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, coordinating discovery and depositions, and maintaining organized case records to support attorneys in meeting critical deadlines.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a personal injury law firm, particularly in intake and case management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, proficiency in CRM tools like Filevine and Lead Docket, and strong organizational abilities are essential.

This remote position offers a monthly compensation between $1,500 and $2,000, based on experience. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with occasional light weekend follow-up coverage as needed to capture leads.
