Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Korean Speaker)

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Commercial Contracts with proficiency in Korean to support global clients, including Fortune 500 companies. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with candidates based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, or North America being preferred.

The primary responsibilities include providing legal support remotely, focusing on the Korean market, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of agreements such as creative, advertising, digital marketing, procurement, technology, and partnership deals. Additionally, the role involves developing, implementing, and advising on various commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements, and related policies.

Candidates should be qualified lawyers with a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience in Korea, possessing substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse commercial contracts. Prior work experience in Korea is essential, and while a Korean legal qualification is preferred, applicants from all jurisdictions are welcome. Proficiency in both Korean and English, with the ability to write and draft in both languages, is required.
