Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)

Axiom, a global leader in on-demand legal talent, is seeking a part-time Legal Consultant specializing in Commercial Contracts to support Fortune 500 clients remotely from Singapore. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.

As a Legal Consultant, you will provide expert legal advice on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review. Your responsibilities will encompass drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks in commercial transactions will be essential.

Ideal candidates will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, with familiarity in a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
