Legal Consultant - Investigations (HR / Employment)
Axiom is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant specializing in HR and workplace investigations to join our team in Singapore. This role involves collaborating with Fortune 500 clients across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to address complex employee relations matters. As a Legal Consultant, you will be integral to ensuring that workplace investigations are conducted thoroughly, fairly, and in compliance with both internal policies and local regulations.
In this position, you will lead and manage full-cycle HR and workplace investigations, addressing issues such as harassment, bullying, discrimination, retaliation, and other forms of employee misconduct. Your responsibilities will include independently handling all stages of investigations—from intake and scoping to interviews, evidence collection, analysis, and report preparation. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and various stakeholders to ensure that investigations are conducted consistently and in accordance with company policies and local laws. Additionally, you will support post-investigation follow-up, including implementing remediation measures and communicating with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in conducting HR and workplace-related investigations. A high level of integrity in handling sensitive information is essential. Strong communication skills are also required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and to present findings and recommendations clearly.
