Legal Consultant / Investigator - Employment Investigations
Axiom is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant/Investigator specializing in employment investigations to join our team in Singapore. This role involves conducting thorough internal investigations and providing legal support on employment-related matters for global clients.
Key responsibilities include conducting internal investigations into employee-related concerns such as ethical misconduct, internal disputes, harassment, and discrimination. The role also involves providing legal support to global HR functions, advising on employment-related legal matters, liaising with senior management during investigations, assisting in the resolution of employment disputes, and collaborating with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a legal consultant or investigator, with expertise in conducting comprehensive and impartial internal investigations into employee-related HR allegations, such as ethical misconduct and policy violations. Maintaining high integrity when handling sensitive information throughout the investigation process is essential.
