Legal Consultant, Payments Regulatory

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Payments Regulatory to support a Fortune 500 client in the financial sector. This role is based in Singapore and offers flexible work arrangements, including remote, onsite, or hybrid options, depending on client requirements.

The primary responsibilities include handling regulatory submissions and interactions with APAC regulators, designing legal roadmaps for new market entries and expanded payment product flows in the APAC region, advising on APAC payments legal and regulatory matters, managing outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions, and providing legal support for digital payment solutions.

Candidates should be qualified lawyers with 5–10+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), focusing on payments regulation within financial services, payments, fintech, or law firms. Excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment are essential.
