Legal Consultant - Structured Product / Debt Capital Markets / Global Markets

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Structured Products, Debt Capital Markets, and Global Markets to support a global banking client in Hong Kong. The primary responsibilities include providing legal support on structured product business, drafting and reviewing agreements and documents, conducting research on relevant laws and regulations, collaborating with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects, and assisting with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions.

Candidates should be qualified in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction, with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in structured products, debt capital markets, global markets, or derivatives. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required.
