Legal Consultant - Technology, Fortune 500

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Technology to provide mid- to long-term support for a Fortune 200 client in Hong Kong. This role offers a remote work arrangement, allowing flexibility for the right candidate.

In this position, the consultant will deliver practical, commercially tailored legal advice across various business sectors. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on cloud, SaaS, and other technology agreements. Additionally, the role involves providing relevant regulatory support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Ideal candidates should be common law qualified lawyers with 5 to 15 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in drafting and reviewing a broad spectrum of commercial contracts is essential. Proficiency in technology law areas such as intellectual property, IT, TMT, cloud, SaaS, and data protection is advantageous. A strong command of English and fluency in spoken Mandarin are required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
