Legal Counsel (d/m/w)

As a Legal Counsel at Auto1 Group, you will be an integral part of our legal department, providing comprehensive support to management and employees on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial, corporate, and labor law. You will represent Auto1 Group in various legal proceedings, both in and out of court, ensuring the company's interests are effectively protected.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling legal cases related to purchase and commercial law, and serving as the liaison between Auto1 Group and external legal counsel. You will also be involved in enforcing acquired claims, negotiating with opposing parties, and drafting payment agreements. Additionally, you will support various departments in optimizing processes, such as those related to warranty fulfillment, to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree (First State Examination, business law, or a comparable qualification) and demonstrate the ability to work independently, efficiently, and in a structured manner. A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, along with strong self-organization skills, are essential. Experience in labor law advisory and litigation is advantageous but not mandatory. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
