Legal Counsel
Frasers Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team at the Shirebrook headquarters. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on a diverse range of supplier and business partnership contracts across various sectors, including commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, e-commerce, franchising, licensing, IT and technology, outsourcing, and finance. Additional duties involve managing commercial disputes and litigation, providing guidance on marketing and promotional activities to ensure compliance with advertising standards, supporting the e-commerce team on legal aspects of digital marketing and website operations, handling wholesale contracts and concession agreements, overseeing intellectual property matters, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, liaising with regulatory bodies, and supervising junior team members.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in commercial contract negotiation, be a qualified legal professional capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
