Frasers Group is seeking a Legal & Governance Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and organizational support to the Legal and Company Secretarial teams, as well as the General Counsel. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the department, supporting board and subsidiary governance processes, document management, invoicing, daily legal administration across the Group, and scheduling. The position is process-driven, detail-focused, and operational, supporting listed-company governance requirements while handling a high volume of routine but critical administrative tasks. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will have access to sensitive and confidential information, necessitating a high level of discretion.

Key responsibilities include general legal and governance administration tasks such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing legal and governance documentation in both physical and electronic formats. The role involves formatting and preparing documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including board materials, sorting and tracking incoming and outgoing post, scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and arranging meeting logistics for the Board and General Counsel. Additionally, the administrator will process and manage invoicing for legal and company secretarial matters, support spend tracking, liaise with finance and external law firms, coordinate document execution including managing signatures and DocuSign workflows, and liaise with notaries for legalisation and apostille processes as required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience in a legal, governance, or professional services environment, with excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required, with confidence in formatting professional documents and a desire to support the development and rollout of artificial intelligence to streamline workload and generate efficiencies. The candidate should be comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information, have clear and professional communication skills, and experience using electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign and board pack preparation platforms.
