Legal Counsel Jr

BetWarrior is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. As a rapidly growing digital gaming company, we are committed to providing exceptional online entertainment experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission by ensuring legal compliance and supporting various legal operations within the organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing notarial processes, including signature certifications, apostilles, and legalizations. You will coordinate the collection of signatures for contract formalization and oversee the dispatch of documents. Additionally, you will conduct due diligence with suppliers, maintain up-to-date documentation, assist in standardizing contracts, and monitor their status. Your role will also involve preparing summaries of active contracts and supporting the implementation of integrity programs, such as the Code of Ethics and compliance training.

The ideal candidate is an advanced law student or recent graduate with approximately two years of experience in similar roles within law firms. Proficiency in English at an intermediate or advanced level is required, and knowledge of Portuguese is considered a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
