Legal Counsel

Payoneer is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team, focusing on providing comprehensive legal support across various business functions. As a Legal Counsel at Payoneer, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and service level agreements. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks, providing guidance on regulatory matters and assisting in the development of company policies. Additionally, you will support the legal team in managing disputes and handling corporate governance matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and have at least 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively are essential. Experience working in a multinational corporation and familiarity with international laws and regulations are highly desirable.
