As the Legal Counsel for Sales Market Denmark & Norway at H&M Group, you will provide comprehensive legal guidance to support and protect the company's operations in these regions. This role involves advising on regulatory matters, negotiating and reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with global legal standards. You will be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include setting and enforcing legal standards and templates, staying updated on global legal requirements, and supporting the market in achieving compliance. You will negotiate, draft, and review various agreements, including lease contracts, conduct judicial inquiries and due diligence, and handle and settle disputes. Additionally, you will assist in corporate matters by drafting documentation and governance policies, and provide training to teams in relevant legal areas.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in law and possesses 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to leasing or real estate. Strong leadership and coaching abilities are essential, along with exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing. A solid understanding of risk assessment and the capacity to articulate associated consequences to decision-makers are crucial. The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and make informed decisions under tight timelines is also important.
