Serving as the primary strategic advisor, the Legal Innovation Partner ensures clients' success with NetDocuments and is accountable for the renewal and expansion of their business.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships, driving renewals and expansions, and developing tailored AI adoption roadmaps. The role involves leading executive-level business reviews, proactively identifying at-risk accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to influence the product roadmap based on client feedback. Additionally, the Legal Innovation Partner represents NetDocuments at industry events and contributes to the development of internal best practices.
To be successful, candidates should have over eight years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or management consulting focused on the legal sector. Fluency in using AI for legal workflows is essential, along with direct experience in managing client relationships and achieving renewal and expansion outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to engage with law firm management committees and C-suite legal technology leaders are crucial.
NetDocuments offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $190,000 USD, plus bonuses.
