Legal Intern - January 2027
Mirakl is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Paris office for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027. As a leader in eCommerce software solutions, Mirakl empowers businesses to thrive in the platform economy. The Legal Intern will work closely with our Sales Legal Counsel, contributing to various legal and contractual processes within the company.
In this role, you will actively participate in client contracting activities, including internal preparation meetings, client negotiations, and drafting and reviewing contractual documents such as SaaS terms and conditions, consulting agreements, NDAs, and DPAs. You will also manage contract administration tasks, from document signature to internal distribution and recording in internal tools like CRM and CLM systems. Additionally, you will conduct legal research on topics such as competition law, e-commerce regulations, and GDPR compliance, supporting various legal teams and internal clients.
The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Business Law or IT Law program and possesses a strong interest in e-commerce and related industries. Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous. Key skills include autonomy, determination, proactive problem-solving, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with IT and office tools. Fluency in French (native or bilingual proficiency) and English (written and spoken) is required.
The internship offers a stipend ranging from 1,200 to 1,400 euros per month.
