The Legal Operations Lead, Contract Systems at DoorDash is a pivotal role within the Legal Operations team, focusing on scaling the company's contracting systems, implementing AI-enabled workflows, and managing global template governance operations. Key responsibilities include supporting and owning defined workstreams within AI-enabled contracting tool implementation, administering and optimizing the contract lifecycle management environment, and partnering with various teams to document integration requirements and coordinate testing. Additionally, the role involves managing global contract template governance processes and translating legal and business requirements into clear workflow requirements and implementation plans.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, legal technology, technical program management, or systems implementation. Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management systems and the ability to translate legal and business requirements into technical workflows are essential. Strong project and change management skills, as well as experience working across enterprise systems like Ironclad, Salesforce, Databricks, or Snowflake, are also required.
