Apple is seeking a Legal Operations Strategic Program Manager to join its Discovery & Operations team within the legal department. This role is integral to providing legal support across Apple's diverse products and businesses, requiring innovative application of operational expertise in unique legal scenarios.

The successful candidate will oversee the design and execution of key Discovery programs, developing strategies to address significant challenges, establishing systems for continuous improvement, and defining success metrics aligned with the team's mission. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including program managers, technical specialists, lawyers, and support staff—is essential to protect Apple's interests. Key programs under this role may include discovery technology enablement and optimization, metrics and reporting, process and workflow improvement, vendor and financial management, change management, and incident management.

Applicants should have over 8 years of experience in in-house, law firm, or vendor discovery roles, with significant experience leading complex discovery projects or program management in litigations and investigations. Proven success in team management and collaboration with executive-level leadership is required. A strong interest and aptitude in technology, including familiarity with common discovery tools, project management tools, and database management, are essential. Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills are also necessary.

The base pay range for this role is between $164,400 and $247,500, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
