Legal Operations Strategic Program Manager

Apple is seeking a Legal Operations Strategic Program Manager to join its Discovery & Operations team within the legal department. This role involves providing legal support across Apple's diverse range of products and services, requiring innovative approaches to complex legal challenges in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing key discovery programs, developing strategies to address significant challenges, and establishing systems to identify improvements. Key programs may include discovery technology enablement and optimization, metrics and reporting, process and workflow improvement, vendor and financial management, change management, and incident management.

Candidates should have over eight years of experience in discovery within in-house, law firm, or vendor settings, including significant experience leading complex discovery projects or program management in litigations and investigations. Strong technology interest and aptitude, familiarity with common discovery tools, project management tools, and database management are essential. Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills are also required.

The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
