Legal Practice Manager

The Legal Practice Manager at McGuireWoods will provide high-level operational support to the Department Chair, serving as a critical liaison between the department's attorneys and the firm's business functions. This role is pivotal in driving performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service within the department.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Department Chair to develop and implement short- and long-term business goals aligned with firm objectives. The manager will oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, such as leadership development and business process improvements, and assist in preparing materials for internal reviews, partner meetings, and planning sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
