Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Clifford Chance US LLP is seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Recruiting Department, focusing on lateral attorney recruitment and the administration of summer and fall law clerk programs. The position reports directly to the Legal Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the summer law clerk and fall recruitment programs, coordinating on-campus interviews, and managing candidate interviews. The coordinator will also handle administrative tasks such as maintaining files, preparing correspondence, and organizing background checks for prospective hires. Additionally, the role involves planning and coordinating events and training sessions for summer law clerks, as well as maintaining the firm's recruiting microsite.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree, with legal recruiting experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with exceptional client service skills.
