As a Litigation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team by managing daily operations, organizing case files, and coordinating logistics. Your responsibilities will include scheduling hearings and deadlines, maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes, and organizing exhibits and legal documents. Additionally, you will assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing client billing processes.

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department. A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor's degree being preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is essential. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, or premises liability is advantageous.
