Product Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. As the largest injury law firm globally, we are dedicated to transforming legal services through technology and automation. This role offers the opportunity to develop innovative products that enhance client experiences and streamline internal processes.

The Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for assigned product lines, leading a team to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities include delivering key product initiatives, managing project pipelines, and setting success metrics. The role requires clear communication of complex solutions, simplification of problems into actionable steps, and effective team leadership.

Candidates should have over three years of experience in product management, consulting, or related technical roles. Proficiency with Jira or similar tools in an Agile environment is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization, and adaptability to rapid change are also required.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms, experience managing a team of direct reports, Scrum/Agile certifications, and Salesforce experience.
