Litigation Assistant

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a qualified Litigation Assistant to join their team in West Los Angeles. As a Litigation Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the firm's day-to-day operations, including administrative services and supporting the legal team. Your duties will encompass scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes, and managing logistics. Additionally, you will collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate's degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises, or other injury-related practice areas is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
