The role requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of paralegal experience, particularly in multi-party, complex litigation or arbitration. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in The Bluebook are essential. The coordinator must effectively manage multiple deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and possess strong leadership and communication abilities.
