Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with our attorneys, providing essential support throughout all phases of litigation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of protecting the people, not the powerful.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints. Your duties will include e-filing court documents in both state and federal courts, conducting legal research, and managing discovery processes. Additionally, you will coordinate depositions, prepare trial binders and exhibits, and assist attorneys with case settlements.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, along with at least two years of litigation experience. Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings is also required.
