Litigation Paralegal

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys, providing support before, during, and after trials. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda. You will also e-file court documents in state and federal courts, communicate with clients, courts, and counsel, conduct legal research and factual investigations, prepare discovery documents, coordinate and summarize depositions, and assist with trial preparations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of litigation experience and possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings. A high level of organization is required to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary, and typing at least 35 words per minute is preferred.
