Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team in West Los Angeles. As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant to support our mission of advocating for consumer rights. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda. Your duties will include e-filing court documents in both state and federal courts, conducting legal research and factual investigations, and preparing discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses. Additionally, you will coordinate and summarize depositions, prepare trial binders and exhibits, and assist attorneys with various discovery requests.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred. A minimum of two years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting is required, along with experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, first-party claims, medical malpractice, or other injury-related practice areas. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload with minimal supervision are essential.
