Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Orlando, Florida. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with the firm's attorneys, providing comprehensive support throughout all phases of the litigation process. Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals against powerful entities.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda. You will e-file court documents in both state and federal courts, conduct legal research and factual investigations, and prepare discovery documents, including interrogatories and responses. Additionally, you will coordinate and summarize depositions, prepare trial binders and exhibits, and assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience, with a preference for those who have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, or other injury-related practice areas is preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads with a positive attitude and minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings, and extensive computer and database expertise, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, are essential.
