Litigation Paralegal
The Litigation Paralegal position at Morgan & Morgan is a critical support role within one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing plaintiffs’ law firms. In this role, the Litigation Paralegal is responsible for managing case files, drafting legal documents, and assisting in the preparation of cases for trial. Duties include scheduling, conducting legal research, summarizing depositions, organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, and corresponding with clients, experts, and other legal professionals. The paralegal will be involved in all stages of litigation, from initial filings through discovery and trial support.
Successful candidates must have substantial litigation experience, preferably in a high-volume setting, and possess a thorough understanding of court procedures and document management systems. Essential qualifications include strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with legal technology, and excellent communication abilities. A paralegal certificate or degree is strongly preferred, along with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
