Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our Phoenix, Arizona office. This role involves working closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant to support our mission of advocating for clients in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, first-party, medical malpractice, and other injury-related cases.

Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda; e-filing documents in state and federal courts; conducting legal research and factual investigations; drafting and serving summons; coordinating and summarizing depositions; and preparing trial binders and exhibits. The paralegal will also maintain pleadings and discovery indexes, organize exhibits and evidence, assist attorneys with discovery requests, gather relevant information from various sources, liaise between trial teams and third parties, and aid in witness preparation and case settlements.

Candidates should possess an associate's degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred. A minimum of two years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting is required. Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, first-party, medical malpractice, or other injury-related practice areas is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
